Halo 4 launch countdown begins

The epic Microsoft Halo saga continues this Christmas with a live-action series kicking off the countdown.

The biggest game release this Christmas will be Halo 4 from Microsoft and 343 Industries. The next instalment of the epic space saga is promising to be bigger and better even without Bungie manning the helm.

To help kick-off the countdown and build even more excitement until Halo 4 launches, the first instalment of the live-action show based on Halo 4 has now been released.

The first episode titled “Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn” is available on YouTube to watch now. It’s a 20 minute long TV-series quality outing, and if for no other reason it’s cool to see the Halo world made real, including a real-life Warthog!

The five-part series picks up right at the start of the war with the Covenant following a group of cadets through their training. It promising to reveal secrets of the upcoming game including the central character, making this essential viewing for all Halo fans.
