The HP Ultrabook Envy Spectre XT and new Pavilions revealed
All the details on the new HP laptops, Ultrabooks and the refreshed 2012 line up.

Make your friends envious of your HP Envy
HP has overwhelmed us with a deluge of details on its new range of HP laptops, Ultrabooks and Sleekbook for 2012 and into 2013.
Taking the limelight is the HP Envy Spectre XT Ultrabook, being just 14.5mm thin with an all-metal body and 13.3-inch screen. It’s an impressive model with the latest Intel Ivy Bridge processor, a 128GB SSD and 8-hours of runtime.
Alongside this, and confusing everyone, are the HP Sleekbook models. Avoiding the Intel-brand “Ultrabook”, this means they can be powered by AMD processors and have enhanced graphics. They also offer more flexible sizes from 14- to 15.6-inch screens and runtimes of up to 9 hours.
Slightly less headline-grabbing is the refreshed HP Pavilion line of mainstream laptops. Less sleek and less thin, these are the big-volume models available in sizes from 14- to 17-inches.
