Skype web calls now available for Windows Phone

Popular chat service Skype gets a beta release for Windows Phone mobiles.
Online chat favourite Skype has had its first app released for Windows Phone. Using Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G, you’ll be able to make voice and video calls from a Windows Phone to landlines and other mobiles.
The app is currently available as a beta to a limited range of phones, including the Nokia Lumia 800, HTC Titan and Samsung Focus S.
A final version is expected in April, with Skype’s Rick Osterloh stating, “It’s just going to get better and better.”
Microsoft bought Skype back in May 2011 and we’ve been patiently tapping our Windows Phones in anticipation ever since.
