Sony launches the all-powerful Xperia SL
One of the world’s best smartphones is about to get even better as the Sony Xperia S evolves into the Sony Xperia SL.
Faster, stronger, smarter. The Sony Xperia SL.
The Sony Xperia S has been doing a lot to win the hearts of phone lovers everywhere and challenge the Samsung Galaxy S3 and iPhone at the top of the smartphone tree.
But things move fast in the mobile world and the Xperia S is about to find itself replaced as Sony’s flagship smartphone by the Sony Xperia SL.
A more powerful, improved version of the Xperia S, core to the new launch is that the Sony Xperia SL will ship with Android 4.0 ICS out of the box and will be running an uprated 1.7GHz dual-core processor.
The high-end specification remains with its 4.3-inch screen, 12.1MP rear and 1.3MP front cameras and 1080p HD video recording. It’ll provide a whopping 32GB of storage for all your media files and has a standard 1750mAh battery.
There’s no firm release date yet, but Sony state that the Xperia SL is ‘coming soon’. Find out more here.
